Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our resort. Please find below the sales conditions related to your booking.

  • A credit card number is required to confirm the booking. A minimum of 1 night’s charges are required to be paid while booking.
  • Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs & check-out until 1200 hrs. We have a 24 hour front desk to help you.
  • Note that children age 8 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
  • All units in the hotel have well equipped private bathrooms. Daily housekeeping costs are included in room rates.
  • As a small family run hotel and small inventory we are adversely effected when bookings are cancelled closer to date of arrival. It is not possible to rebook that room at a late stage after refusing many other bookings especially in busy periods of the year.
  • Please note that we do not block rooms till the requested amount as mentioned in email quotation is received.
  • Your booking is confirmed and rooms are blocked once the booking amount receipt is confirmed over mail and a voucher is emailed to you.
  • Each guests has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check in.
  • Please carry a copy of booking voucher at the time of check in.
  • In case bookings are done by unmarried couples, they need to carry govt. approved valid ID proof. Please note that the right to admission is at sole discretion of the management.
  • We require 7 days before original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request. Modifications made less than 7 days before original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification
  • Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period. If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel.
  • Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. This may be done by visiting our website www.deramasuda.com.
  • Should you wish to Cancel an existing reservation, simply click on the make a reservation link on our website www.deramasuda.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • Since like all cancellation policies there is a payment involved when cancellations are not made well in advance therefore we urge you to book when you have firm plans.
  • Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.

Refunds Policy

  • In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged on your credit card.
  • If booking amount is paid multiple times, then after deducing the booking amount, balance amount will be refunded via same source within 15 days.
  • In case, you would like to cancel your booking we recommend you to send us your cancellation request via email attaching the booking voucher.
  • We take on an average 15 days to refund the amount.
  • In case you have booked via any online portal, cancellation and refund will be processed by the booking portal directly.
